Perform Ability Leading RAD Professional Development
We’re proud to share that Miranda Daisy and Ashleigh Olsen, inclusive dance educators from Perform Ability, will be leading a professional development session with the Royal Academy of Dance this April. Teaching RAD Syllabi to Children with Autism and ADHD offers practical, studio-ready strategies to support neurodivergent dancers within structured RAD training. Grounded in real-life experience and inclusive practice, the session explores understanding neurodiversity, positive behavioural support, redirection techniques, and maintaining syllabus expectations with compassion and confidence. Designed for both in-person and online delivery, this session empowers teachers to create safe, inclusive, and syllabus-aligned classrooms where dancers with Autism and ADHD can feel understood, capable, and supported to reach their full potential. Inclusion sits at the heart of Perform Ability, and we’re incredibly proud to see Miranda and Ashleigh sharing this work with the wider dance community. 💙
