Do I need any dance experience?
Absolutely not. The Meet Up is designed for all levels — from complete beginners to those who love to move. You don't need any prior experience to join. Just bring your energy and willingness to have fun.
Is this just for women?
Not at all! The Meet Up is open to all adults — men and women alike. We've intentionally designed the experience to be welcoming and inclusive for everyone, regardless of background or fitness level.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable activewear and supportive sneakers. Bring a water bottle and a towel. Most importantly, bring your good vibes — everything else we've got covered.
How long is each session?
Each Meet Up session runs for approximately one hour. It's the perfect length to get a great workout in, connect with others, and still have the rest of your day ahead of you.
Where exactly is it held?
The Meet Up is hosted at Base 181 Studios in Rouse Hill. Exact address and parking details will be provided upon booking. We're easy to find and have plenty of space.
