SECURITY POLICY

Your payment and personal information is always safe.

Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transaction. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations for individual sessions will be accepted 24 hours prior to your scheduled lesson to avoid forfeiting your lesson. Notice will be sent if you cancel in less than 24 hours. Thank you for your understanding.

Group classes can be cancelled prior to the first class session in a series. There are no refunds after the first class, and there are no refund, or exchange for missed classes.

For any sessions that are cancelled by Spirit Dancer FBA we will provide a makeup class or full refund.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are available prior to the first day of class for group classes. You may request a refund on full price individual sessions when requested in writing. It can take up to 30 days to process any refunds. Refunds are not available on special offers, and past or expired classes, and discounted services.

Information Use, Sharing and Disclosure

1. Spirit Dancer FBA (SD) does not share Personal Information we learn about you from your use of SD’s Sites, Services and Software with others, except as described in this policy.
2. SD does not claim ownership over the Personal Information you post on or through SD’s Site, Services or Software. After posting your Personal Information, you continue to retain your ownership of your Personal Information and you continue to have the right to use and license your Personal Information in any way you choose. By using SD’s Site, Services and Software or by otherwise submitting your Personal Information to us, you are granting AID and third parties permission to use, distribute and, in some circumstances, to keep copies of your Personal Information as described in greater detail in this Privacy Policy. You may always decline to submit Personal Information to us, but please be aware that your decision may prevent you from being able to use all or portions of SD’s Sites, Services and Software.
3. SD is not responsible for how any third party uses, distributes or keeps your Personal Information. If you have any questions regarding how any third party uses, distributes or keeps your Personal Information or you wish to access, correct, amend or delete any of your Personal Information in the possession of that third party, you must contact that third party directly.
4. SD uses information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, research, and anonymous reporting.
5. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
6. SD may use or share your Personal Information where it is necessary to complete a transaction, to operate or improve SD’s Services and Software, to do something that you have asked us to do or tell you of products and services that we think may be of interest.
7. To receive optional email messages such as newsletters and marketing and promotional offers, you will be required to provide us with your email address. In addition to these optional email messages, SD may contact you via any email address you provide to us with transactional or relationship messages such as account status messages, security updates or notifications of changes in the terms of your account or the Services.

Confidentiality and Security

1. No data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make efforts to ensure security on our systems:

   We use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect Personal Information about you.

   Paypal, our e-commerce processor uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.

   However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software.

PAYMENTS, TAXES, AND REFUND POLICY

You agree that you will pay for all products/classes you purchase and that AID may charge your payment method for any products/classes purchased.

All sales are final.

Prices for services offered may change at any time, and the Services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

If a class is cancelled following a transaction , you will receive a refund.

Privacy Policy:

By attending classes and functions at Adventures in dance I authorize Spirit Dancer FBA to use the following personal information: (1) My picture – including photographic, motion picture, and electronic (video) images. (2) My voice – including sound and video recordings.

Liability Waver:

I fully understand and acknowledge that there are risks and dangers associated with participation in dance events and activities which could result in bodily injury. These risks and dangers may be caused by my action, inaction or negligence, or the action, inaction or negligence of others. There may be other risks that are not known or that are not reasonably foreseeable at this time. I accept and assume all such risks and responsibility for any losses and/or damages following any injury, however caused and whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the releasees named below. I acknowledge that Spirit Dancer FBA (herein after referred to as the STUDIO) will not render any medical services including medical diagnosis of any physical condition. I affirm that I am in good health and suffer no physical impairment that could limit my use of the facilities of the STUDIO. I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Adventures in Dance, LLC, as well as its owners, and any of the instructors at the STUDIO. I specifically agree that the STUDIO, its officers, members, employees, agents and legal representatives, whether acting in their business or individual capacities, and their successors and assigns (each a “Releasee” and collectively the “Releasees”) shall not be liable for any claim, demand, or cause of action of any kind whatsoever for, or on account of death, personal injury, property damage or loss of any kind resulting from or related to my use of the STUDIO’S facilities or my participation in any dancing, or exercise or activity within or without the studio premises, and I agree to hold the Releasees harmless for same.

Free Membership

For Spirit Dancer FBA – A Faith Based Private Membership Association

By joining the Spirit Dancer FBA and/or any Social Media Group started by, created by, or organized by the Association, I agree to the terms and conditions of the Spirit Dancer FBA Agreement as follows.

1. This Association of members declares that our objective is to allow the Private Association founders and all Association members with a platform in which to conduct all manner of private business with the Association and with other Associations and Association members, keeping all business in the private domain and utilizing the protections guaranteed by the Constitution to conduct business in private and to provide a platform for members to conduct business in the private domain under all protections acknowledged and guaranteed by the Constitution.
2. We believe that the Constitution of the United States of America and the Charter of Rights of Canada guarantees our members the rights of free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of helping one another in asserting our rights protected by those Constitutions, Charter and Statutes, in addition to the rights to be free from unreasonable search and seizure, the right to not incriminate ourselves, and the right to freely exercise all other unalienable rights as granted by God and guaranteed by those Constitutions, Charter, and Statutes.

WE HEREBY Declare that we are exercising our right of “freedom of association” as guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions, as well as the Charter of Rights of Canada. This means that our Association activities are restricted to the private domain only.

3. We declare the basic right of all our members to decide for themselves which members could be expected to give wise counsel and advice concerning all matters, education and any other matter and to accept from those members any and all counsel, advice, tips, whom we feel are able to properly advise and assist us.
4. We expect the freedom to choose and perform for ourselves the types of education that we think best for achieving and maintaining proper education for members families consistent with our educational philosophies.
5. The mission of this Association is stated with the Articles of Association with the protections guaranteed within the aforesaid Constitution and Charter remaining fully intact.
6. The Association will recognize any person (irrespective of race, color, or religion) who have joined this Association or any social media group organized, created, or managed by the PEA and is in agreement with these principles and policies as a member of this Association, providing said person has not been sanctioned or banned by the Chairman/administrator, and will provide a medium through which its individual members may associate for actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes heretofore declared.
7. Membership to this Association, “Spirit Dancer FBA”, and any of its groups may be terminated by An Association Trustee at any time should they conclude that a specific member is interacting with any other members in a way that is contrary, or detrimental to the focus and principles of this Association.
8. I understand that, since The Association is protected by the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies and Authorities concerning all complaints or grievances against The Association members or other staff persons. All rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by an Association designee, committee, or tribunal and will be waived by the member for the benefit of The Association and its members. By agreeing to this membership form I agree that I have sought sufficient education to determine that this is the course of action I want to take for myself.
9. I agree to join the Spirit Dancer FBA, a Faith Based private association under common law, whose members seek to help each other achieve better health, education, and good quality of life.

My activities within The Association are a private contractual matter that I refuse to share with the Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies. I fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow member of The Association, unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil, and upon the recommendation and approval of the Association.

10. I enter into this agreement of my own free will without any pressure or coercion. I affirm that, as an Association member I am joining in the capacity of a private member and not the capacity to represent any Local, State or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate Association business, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment, or investigation. I have read and understood this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction. I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in this association at any time, and that my membership can and will be revoked if I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing behavior towards any other member of The Association. These pages consist of the entire agreement for my membership in The Association.

I agree this contract began on the date of my joining “Spirit Dancer FBA” or any other Association designated within the Association bylaws. I declare that by joining this Association and/or the Associations social media groups. By purchasing services or entering the premise I agree with the whole of this document.

I also agree that, should I disagree with any part of this statement, I will immediately provide written notice of termination of my membership here to spiritdancerclub@outlook.com.
