Dancers who are ready to take their training to the next level can audition for the J31 Dance Company. Our Company provides performance and competitive opportunities throughout the Kansas City area, along with convention training from top industry professionals.

Company members commit to both their regular classes and additional required rehearsals. Placement is determined through an audition process, typically held in August. If you are interested in joining Company, we encourage dancers to take classes within our Developmental Program—especially Ballet, Jazz, and Contemporary—to best prepare for auditions.
