Lyrical with Brady Kitchingham – 3:20–4:20 PM

Brady will lead you through a lyrical experience that’s all about connection—between music, movement, and your own unique expression—a lyrical dance journey that encourages you to move freely and tell your story.

Everyone’s Welcome!

All abilities. All ages. All welcome. From lifelong dancers to complete beginners to those simply curious to try, this workshop is for you—a chance to explore, express, and enjoy dance in a way that truly embraces everyone

We’re keeping numbers small (just 20 spots per workshop) so every dancer gets the attention, support, and encouragement they deserve. And the best bit? carers get in free—because we know the dance magic isn’t just about the people moving, it’s about the whole cheer squad behind them.

Why We’re So Excited?

The Australian Dance Festival is a stage where the dance community comes together, and this year, we’re bringing the Perform Ability spirit to that stage with our Inclusive Workshops—opening it to even more people. It’s our chance to show the wider dance world just how fun, creative, and welcoming dance can be when everyone’s invited to take part, learn, and celebrate together.

So, are you ready to be part of something unforgettable?

Come as you are, dance how you feel, and leave with a full heart—we’ll see you at the Australian Dance Festival for our Inclusive Workshops, where everyone is welcome.
