Transferring Classes: 

Dancers can be transferred to a different class free of charge. Any change in tuition will be pro-rated on your account. To transfer classes the form below must be filled out. Please include the reasoning to your transfer as it helps us assess what is best for our dancers and studio.

If the class you would like to transfer into is full we will contact you about further steps/waitlist.

• Students deciding not to continue with class/es at GC Dance Company MUST notify the office by filling out a cancellation form. Parents will be required to fill out a cancellation form which MUST be received by us no later than the 20th day of the month PRIOR to your last month of classes. Your 20% deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, thereby releasing the parent from further tuition obligations. Parents will be responsible for the balance of tuition, if any, when discontinuing services.

• No exceptions will be made. This is the policy agreed to at the beginning of the season with enrollment. If you turn in the cancellation form after the 20th of the month, you will be required to pay tuition for the upcoming month.

•Please read our  cancellation policy carefully before submitting a cancellation form.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not freeze memberships. By dropping we can not save your dancers spot or pause your monthly tuition. The Membership fee will be recharged if you decide to re-enroll midway through the season.
