ALL STAGES

At Elevate, we strive to help students of all skill levels find their own path while increasing their love of the arts. This is achieved by offering a variety of classes and programs for students with various goals and experience, including ballet, jazz, contemporary, modern, hip hop, competition teams, creative movement, musical theatre, vocal performance, and everything in between.

BALLET

Elevate’s Ballet program is designed for dancers who have completed fundamental study in dance techniques and strive to improve their dance ability. We focus on extension, flexibility, endurance, grace, terminology and technique. As dancers develop strength, they advance through all levels of Ballet prior to the Pointe Program.

JAZZ

Jazz dance is an umbrella term encompassing several different styles of dance that became popular in the early 20th-century. Jazz training emphasizes flexibility, rhythmic movement, strength, musicality, terminology, and technique.

CONTEMPORARY

Enjoy the freedom of movement though music and physical interpretation of feelings. This art form allows you to experience your creativity on an advanced level by using your body and mind to think outside the box.

MODERN

Modern dance is an art form developed in the early 20th century. Established techniques, along with full-bodied movements, are used to express abstract ideas. Modern dance is expressive and focuses on a dancer's own interpretation of ideas, art, and culture. Movement generation and creativity is encouraged through improvisation and choreographic exercises.

HIP-HOP

A fun, fast paced style of dance that incorporates the movement of music video, street style dancing and tricks. Hip Hop classes are structured to teach coordination, strength, quickness, agility and endurance. Only age appropriate movement and music will be used.

MUSICAL THEATRE

Elevate Musical Theatre Program will inspire students to unleash the performer inside of them. We will rehearse and produce two mini musicals throughout the year. We've chosen "Frozen" and "Lion King" this year. We need girls AND BOYS for these productions. All who register will be cast! Auditions for lead roles will occur in class during the first two weeks of rehearsal. On top of preparing for the show, these performers will learn acting skills, performance technique, choreography and how to shine on stage!

SINGERS ACADEMY

Elevate Singers Academy provides premier vocal instruction in an upbeat, energetic environment. We will learn proper vocal technique, healthy range expansion, and rehearse fabulous songs from all genres from today's top pop hits to Broadway! This program will encourage vocal confidence and offer many performance opportunities including a show at Cornbellys, The Festival of Trees, the Lehi Rodeo and solo showcases in our beautiful studio. If you love to sing, and want to feel more confident when performing, come join us!
