BY ENROLLING, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING:
Please note that all tuition and fees paid are non-refundable, no funds will be issued back under any circumstances. If you anticipate withdrawing for any reason—including but not limited to class size being too large or too small, dissatisfaction with the teacher or classmates, or finding the class too easy or too advanced—we strongly advise against paying in full or paying costume, recital, or other fees upfront. All drop or withdrawal requests must be submitted prior to the 1st of the month, before tuition is processed. In the event of withdrawal mid-month, you will have the remainder of that month to continue taking classes and will not be charged the following month. Unused credits may be applied within 6 months, or within 12 months if due to a documented illness or injury. A $25 late fee will be charged for payments received more than 7 days past the due date, and will be applied immediately for two or more consecutive declined charges. All families are required to keep a valid card on file and accept responsibility for any associated transaction fees. In the case of owed funds, the card on file may be charged at our discretion; if charges are declined, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover the balance. Credits are not issued for missed classes; however, makeups may be scheduled at the front desk if requested within 2 weeks of the missed lesson. For private lessons, no credit or makeup will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
