TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MEMBERSHIP FEES
Our membership fees are based on a term by- term minimum commitment. We cannot take casual bookings or pro-rata weeks you may be away. Please refer to our missed classes policy below. Term fees are calculated on an average 45 min session/10 weeks term (note: the number of lessons & weeks in a term can vary).
Cost of 1 class per week is $200.00 per term. A volume discount applies when enrolling in 2 or more classes per week.
A $55.00 enrolment fee is charged annually per student covering insurance, music licensing, accounting & administrative costs. All term fees must be paid prior to the commencement of every term. If you commence mid-term, your term fee payment is altered to reflect your commencement date. AfterPay and 'AutoPay' payment arrangements available upon request.
LATE PAYMENT FEES
If your invoice is overdue without prior arrangement, you will be charged a late fee. All term fee due dates can be found in the payment T's & C's of the ParentHandbook. Late payment fees will apply as follows;
Courtesy Reminder (1 week prior) = No Fee, 1st Reminder (7 days outstanding) = $15.00, 2nd Reminder (14 days outstanding) = $25.00. Any student with membership fees 21 days in arrears will be unable to participate in dance class. A $40.00 recovery fee will apply. Any accounts outstanding after 28 days of term commencing will be cancelled and placements forfeited.
Any declined AUTOPAY payments will be charged a $15 processing fee. Student accounts with 3 or more failed autopay payments will have their agreement cancelled. See payment T's & C's for more info on Autopay.
CANCELLING YOUR ENROLMENT
Student enrolment into subsequent terms is automatic unless we have been otherwise advised. Should your child decide not to continue in a new dance term, and you wish to cancel your membership, written notice must be provided no later than 14 days prior to the end of the current term so your child's placement can be offered to another. If notification is not received before the end of the current term a $30.00 cancellation fee will be charged. Refunds, credits or transfers are not provided for any reason.
MISSED CLASSES
Missed classes due to public holidays will be made up by the studio wherever a suitable replacement class is available (based on the student’s age/level). Missed classes must be made up the week BEFORE or week AFTER public holidays with no exception. If you are unable to attend a make up class within these 2 weeks your lesson will be forfeited. There are no refunds, credits or transfers for absences due to family holidays, camps or illness.
