What Is Pilates?
Developed by Joseph H. Pilates (b.1880 d.1967) Pilates is a system of exercises that engages the body and mind in thoughtful, intelligent movement in order to achieve inner core strength and balance throughout the whole body.
Pilates incorporates breath and movement in a balanced flow of precise exercises designed to align and tone all the muscles throughout the body with particular focus on stabilizing the shoulder girdle, the pelvis and strengthening the core abdominal muscles.

All memberships are no lock in contracts
Initial commitment for all memberships is 4 weeks. After initial 4 weeks, membership can be cancelled

Payments are by direct debit from your bank account or credit card

Memberships can be suspended a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year.
All memberships will be suspended during our 4 day closure over Easter and our 3 week closure over Christmas/New Year.
Quickpay is the merchant provider for Wellness Living. Dishonour fees will be charged by Quickpay for insufficient funds.
Membership payments are non-refundable.
Unused classes do not carryover into the next payment period, classes must be used within the payment period.

Take classes from BREATHE mat, FLOW mat and GLOW barre as well as short workouts and stretching & release videos.
For just $24.95 a month you get unlimited access to our library of Pilates workouts you can follow along to at home or when you are away.
The SGS Pilates On Demand membership is flexible and can be subscribed to or cancelled at any time. You can sign up for just one month or for as long as you like, use it to suit your needs.
SGS Pilates On Demand is an ideal supplement to your regular classes in the studio or as a stand alone if you are not able to get to the studio.
You will find classes that are suitable for beginners through to those very experienced in Pilates.
