WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • $50 DEPOSIT AT THE TIME THE PARTY IS BOOKED.

  • AVERAGE AGE OF THE CHILDREN ATTENDING.

  • NUMBER OF CHILDREN PARTICIPATING AT LEAST 4 DAYS BEFORE THE PARTY DATE.

  • WHAT MUSIC OR ARTIST DOES THE BIRTHDAY GIRL/BOY LIKE?

  • ASK THE PARENTS TO ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE PARTY IS OVER TO WATCH THE CHILDREN PERFORM THEIR DANCE THEY LEARNED.

  • ALL PARENTS NEED TO FILL OUT THE STUDIO WAIVER FORM AND BRING IT TO THE STUDIO THE DAY OF THE PARTY.

  • PAYMENT FOR THE BALANCE OF THE PARTY IS DUE THE DAY OF THE PARTY.  THE FINAL COST OF THE PARTY IS DETERMINED BY THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN PARTICIPATING IN THE PARTY THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

  • Party Hostess

  • Party Favor for each guest

  • Use of the Party Room

  • Table and Chairs

  • Birthday Tablecloth, Plates, Silverware and Napkins

  • Birthday Party theme photo backdrop

  • Kitchen with refrigerator/freezer

  • Cleanup

THINGS YOU CAN BRING:

  • SPECIAL / THEMED DECORATIONS (Nothing can be taped on the walls)

  • GOODIE BAGS (OPTIONAL)

  • CAKE

  • SNACKS

  • FOOD (PIZZA ETC..) 

PAYMENT DETAILS:

A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking.  The remaining balance is due the day of the party.  The final cost is determined by the number of children participating the day of the event and any add-ons you request.

COST

BASE PRICE:

  • $150 Up to 10 Children (Ages 3+)

  • 2 Hour Party

ADD-ONS

Added Participants over the 10 minimum:

$10 per child

Hair & Makeup

$5 per child

This option will add an additional 30 minutes to your total party time.

ADD-ONS

$50 - Use of dress up closet full of fun dance costumes for the children to chose from for their final dance performance.  This option adds an additional 30 minutes to your total party time.

CHILDREN SHOULD WEAR:

Children should wear comfortable clothes that they can dance in.  For dress up parties, we ask that the children wear a leotard. They will wear the costumes over their leotards. 

Hip Hop: Gym Shoes

Ballet: Ballet Shoes or bare feet

Jazz: Jazz Shoes or bare feet
