Class Levels:
Combination Classes (classes offered in two styles for one hour) – Ages 2–8
- Level 1 – Ages 6–9
- Level 2 – Ages 8–12 (2+ years experience)
- Level 3 – Ages 10+ (4+ years experience)
- Level 4 – Ages 12+ (6+ years experience)
- Teen – Ages 11+ (beginner/intermediate experience)
*Requires Teacher Approval
**Level 3 & 4 Ballet students are required to take 2 Ballet classes per week.
Tuition Policies:
- All new students are offered one free trial lesson.
- Before starting classes, please complete the registration form and pay your first month’s tuition online.
- You will be billed every month at the beginning of each month once registered. To discontinue lessons, submit a written drop request form with 30 days notice.
- The fall session runs August–December; spring session runs January–June.
- Invoices will be emailed and viewable in your customer portal. Paper copies will not be mailed.
- Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees apply after the 15th ($25). The studio reserves the right to stop lessons for non-payment.
- To change classes, please confirm with the front desk manager before starting the new class.
- Tuition may be prorated for mid-month registrations, but we do not refund for dropped classes mid-month.
- Missed classes may be made up within 3 months, for weather or excused absences.
- If enrolled in a full class, full tuition must be paid monthly to retain your spot.
- No refunds for the occasional 5th week or holiday closure. Make-up technique classes will be provided when possible.
- All credit card payments can be set to auto-pay via Jackrabbit. Cash, check, and credit are also accepted.
- Returned checks incur a $25 fee.
Studio Class and Lobby Policies:
- All children must be supervised when not in class. The studio is not responsible for unsupervised children.
- Only water bottles are permitted inside classrooms.
- Please walk your children into the studio for safety reasons; avoid drop-offs in the parking lot.
- When picking up, please walk in to get your dancer. Parking lot traffic can be busy.
Team Practices & “Black Out Week”:
- All black attire should be worn.
- Black dance shorts or leggings (form-fitting and easy to move in).
- Black fitted tank or t-shirt (team tank is acceptable).
- Hair pulled back securely into a pony or bun.
- Team dancers must have proper shoes for their specific team.
Studio Etiquette & Rules:
- Hair must be pinned or tied back.
- No students in studios unsupervised.
- No large jewelry.
- No gum, food, or open drinks. Only clear bottled water allowed.
- Keep belongings in cubbies.
- Silence or turn off phones during classes.
- Parents and dancers: please do not interrupt teachers or students during class.
- Wear appropriate shoes for each class. No street shoes allowed inside studios.
- Check the dress code for your class and dress accordingly.
- Clean up after yourself and treat the studio like your home away from home.
- Treat everyone with respect — teachers, classmates, staff, and parents.
- Bring positive energy — a good attitude goes a long way!

Small Class Policy:
- Classes with at least 4 students will run for their entirety.
- Classes with 2–3 students will run for 45 minutes.
- Classes with 1 student will run for 30 minutes.
Any class with fewer than 3 students is considered a private lesson. A minimum of 4 students is required for a class to continue long-term.
Classes will not be canceled during August to accommodate registering students.
