Dance Instructors

Have fun and establish a career in the dance education industry with Red Door Dance! Our studio offers instruction in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, acrobatics, competitive dance, and more. We are always looking for experienced, creative instructors who enjoy a fun, collaborative work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in dance or professional performing experience as well as 2+ years of teaching experience. Those with strong dance background and an excitement to learn and grow without teaching experience will be considered. Strong preference will be given to instructors with the ability to teach preschoolers through adults. Ability to teach a minimum of 2-3 styles also preferred, but not required to apply. We also have current and future leadership positions available.

Job duties include teaching various dance styles within a safe, welcoming environment while fostering the development of individual students. Strong work ethic and reliability are a must. Compensation will be determined by experience. To apply please fill out this application. Our typical operating hours for classes are Monday-Thursday 3:30-9:30 pm, Friday 3:30-7:30 pm and Saturday 9:00 am-1:00 pm with occasional morning/day time classes. Admin Team

Our team is looking for someone to fill in at our front desk as needed helping with various administrative tasks, light cleaning/organization, wonderful customer service, phone calls, emails and more. Must enjoy working around children. Must be able to work in the afternoons/evenings. This is a fast paced environment and we strive for excellence in everything we do. Must be detail oriented, able to meet deadlines and respond to customer inquires quickly and accurately. This position is currently a temporary position with very par time hours, but the right fit could grow into a longer term position. To apply please fill out this application.
